My approach
Ethnotherapy is a unique approach to health and well-being that draws its roots from ancient medicines.
The natural methods it employs aim to harmonize the different aspects of the human being to correct imbalances that affect your well-being. Here are some examples of these methods: acupressure, aromatherapy, copper cupping, massotherapy, etc.
With a genuine approach and an open heart, I aim to offer personalized care that caters to your unique needs and experiences.
I am dedicated to supporting you while honoring your background, values, and beliefs.

My experience
The trainings I have undertaken all center on a common theme: ancient medicines.
They refer to the knowledge and cultures from ancient civilizations of the Earth, passed down from generation to generation to the present day.
In Western countries, they are recognized by various names such as “traditional”, “complementary”, “alternative”, or “parallel” medicines.
These healing practices play a crucial role in preventing, maintaining, and harmonizing the health of individuals in need. Their longstanding presence over the centuries is a strong indicator of their efficacy.
Here is a brief summary of the training courses I have completed that reflect my deep commitment and understanding of these ancient practices :
- Oct. 2016 – March 2018: Acupressure – Chinese and Tibetan Medicine – at the Ling Dao Center in Switzerland – www.centrelingdao.ch
- Sept 2018 – April 2019: ASCA Accreditation – Anatomy, Physiology, Pathology Training – ESSR, Switzerland – www.essr.ch
- May – Sept. 2019: Pentanalogy – USHA VEDA with Lydia & Philippe Bosson, Switzerland – www.usha.ch
- March 2020: Copper Cupping Training – Sorig Khang France, Switzerland – www.sorig.fr
I have also deepened my knowledge in what is known as vital energy (Qi), which represents the primary quality of life.
To achieve this, I have undergone various energy training courses, both online and in-person, on different Canadian and European websites, such as:
- Chakra reading, aura reading, life transitions rituals, etc. with Sarah Diane Pomerleau – www.samsarah.com
- Sacred Indigenous teachings Workshops with Kina8at-Ensemble organization – www.kina8at.ca
- Scribe School with NJEL YI association – www.njelyi.com (Classical African Humanities)
These teachings allow me to recognize the imbalances within your being and help you move towards well-being in our modern world.
